primaldirect provides live training sessions, workshops and one-on-one coaching designed to help entrepreneurs cultivate resilience, focus and inner balance under demanding conditions. All scheduling and service details are managed directly by primaldirect.

We offer digital courses, guided meditations and e-books that deliver structured practices and frameworks for personal growth. Access details and delivery methods are communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Goods

Physical products such as workbooks, journals and training aids are available for purchase. Shipping and delivery times vary by destination.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and procedures vary by category:

4.1 Services

Training sessions and coaching may be rescheduled without extra charge if a request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations for custom or one-on-one services are non-refundable due to the tailored preparation involved. If you qualify for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided there has been no download or access to the content. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Goods

Unused physical items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the items, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Promotional bundles, gift certificates and discounted offerings are final sale and not eligible for return or rescheduling due to their promotional nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

primaldirect’s liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
